Dia Davis, known as The Goddess Nextdoor, is an actress, writer, producer, published author, realtor and multi-business owner based in Alabama and Atlanta.

The Goddess Nextdoor began as Dia’s personal brand, reflecting the many sides of who she is: glamorous yet down-to-earth, ambitious, creative, outspoken and a self-proclaimed “glamorous nerd.” As her career and vision grew, she turned the brand into an official business, The Goddess Nextdoor LLC.

As an actress, Dia has built a growing résumé with lead and supporting roles across film and television. Her passion for storytelling has taken her beyond performing and into writing and producing, allowing her to create original stories and bring projects of her own to life.

Her first feature film, Always More, represents that evolution, with Dia serving as writer, producer and lead actress. She also expanded the story beyond the screen by writing and publishing the Always More novel, adding published author to her growing list of accomplishments.

Dia’s entrepreneurial pursuits extend beyond entertainment. As a realtor and owner of The Goddess Realty LLC, she has built a presence in real estate while continuing to grow her businesses and creative ventures.

Whether she is in front of the camera, developing a new story, producing a project, writing, working in real estate or building a business, Dia refuses to place herself in one box.
